TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
Welcome to the ‘SKINLINC' website (the 'website'). The website is owned and operated by SkinLinc Ltd 71-75, Shelton Street, London, Greater London, WC2H 9JQ. FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS ABOVE £50.00
Free delivery is available with any online order above the value of £30.00. Free delivery applies to delivery only. Free delivery on orders made before midday will be delivered within 3-4 working days, as per usual courier delivery terms. Orders under the value of £30.00 will be applicable to Royal Mail carrier charges on checkout of the order. Currently, we do not supply free shipping to any other country except the UK.
SALE
Please note that items may go out of stock after you have placed it in your basket and your purchase is only confirmed after checkout.
PRE-SALE
As a general rule, no payment is taken for pre-sale items until they are ready for despatch from our warehouse. However, in the event of a miscalculation of stock, payment may be taken as a pre-sale. In the event that this occurs, the customer will be notified and given the option to wait for the stock, or a refund will be issued. We aim to dispatch all pre-sale items as soon as they become available for shipping. Dispatch dates can be subject to change. Delivery dates will depend on the delivery method chosen at the time of purchase.
BACK ORDERS
Most items will not be available for backorders when they are out of stock and we are expecting new stock to arrive at our warehouse. No payment is taken for back ordered items until they are ready for despatch from our warehouse. We aim to dispatch all back ordered items as soon as they become available for shipping. Dispatch dates can be subject to change. Delivery dates will depend on the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase.
ORDERING ERRORS
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on 'confirm order' on the final page of our ordering process.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon confirming the product(s) ordered. If you require any information concerning your order, please email us at hello@skinlinc.com, quoting your order number. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Any use of the website or its content, including copying or storing any information in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on the website for any purpose.
PRICING POLICY
We have taken great care in the preparation of the content of the website, in particular, to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. However, we will only accept orders if there are no material errors in the description of the merchandise or its price as advertised on the website. All prices are displayed including taxes and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the merchandise ordered including taxes and delivery charges as set out in the delivery options section of the website.
MISPRICING
Despite our best efforts, some items in our catalogue could be mispriced, either in print, email or on the website. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will reimburse you the difference in price and send you the item. Excludes clearance items. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will notify you of the difference in price and request confirmation from you as to whether to continue processing the order or to cancel the order. Items in your Shopping Basket will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the product detail page.
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
The packaging may vary from that shown. The weights and dimensions are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colour of the products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your personal computer equipment, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product(s) on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SKINLINC Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on the website. We are not responsible for the content of any off-website pages or any other websites linked to or from the website. Links appearing on the website are for your convenience only and are not an endorsement by us of the content, products, services or suppliers connected therewith. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on the website, in any off-website or in any linked websites.
AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on the website remain in effect for so long as the product is available or as otherwise stated on the website. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
DELIVERY
Deliveries can only be made within the UK. Not all of our delivery options are available to all areas of UK. If you have a question about delivery outside of the UK, please contact our customer service team at hello@skinlinc.com. We will deliver the merchandise in accordance with the delivery option selected by you. Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays. Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries, however, you will only incur one delivery charge (if delivery charges are applicable to your order). If you have specified delivery to more than one address when placing your order, there will be a separate charge for each destination address. Any delivery timescales are indicative only. SECURITY CHECKS
Subject to security checks your order may be delayed. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
INSPECTION
You should inspect your order parcel upon arrival for any damage(s) and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us immediately upon receipt of product damages or missing items. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the order at a later date.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is confirmed. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to SKINLINC Ltd, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the product(s). We retain the legal ownership of all product(s) until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the product(s) will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the product(s) to you. Risk in the merchandise transfers to you upon delivery.
LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT
Confirmed orders on the website are legally binding contracts.
RETURNS
SKINLINC Ltd hopes that you will be delighted with your order. Upon receipt of a returned damaged product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage that occurred during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
For authorised returns, please follow the 3 steps outlined below to return your goods to SKINLINC:
1) Please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Kindly note that we are only able to exchange or refund goods that are returned to us in their original unopened form and received within 14 working days and authorised by SKINLINC as damaged.
2) Please include your return form in the documentation you receive with your order. You also need to indicate on this form whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange. Please remember that in order for the return to be processed you must ensure that the completed form is included with your return package and that the goods are wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them.
3) Once your products are ready to be returned. Please send your package to our fulfilment address SkinLinc, E-Pick Pack Hall, 1 Rabans Lane, Aylesbury HP19 8RT. You must ensure the address matches to your delivery address whereby you received the order.

All damaged goods will be examined upon receipt for the damage, as for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 21 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.
Your payment for the goods will be refunded by SkinLinc Ltd as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 21 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges will apply.
